Grievances Redression

At StoxPlex Research, we are committed to providing fair, transparent, and professional Research Analyst services. Clients who wish to provide feedback or raise a grievance may follow the process outlined below.

Step 1: Contact Research Analyst Support

If you are not satisfied with our services, you are requested to first contact the Research Analyst Support / Point of Contact and explain the nature of your grievance.

We will make best efforts to resolve the grievance within 7 business working days from the date of receipt.

Step 2: Escalation to Compliance Officer

If the grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction in Step 1, you may escalate the matter to the Compliance Officer of the Research Analyst.

Upon receipt of the grievance, we will:

  • Examine the nature of the complaint
  • Conduct necessary internal review
  • Provide a detailed response

We shall endeavour to resolve the grievance within 21 days of receipt.

Step 3: SEBI – SCORES Platform

If you are still not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may lodge your grievance with the regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), through its centralized grievance redressal system:

SCORES 2.0 is a web-based centralized grievance redressal system for facilitating effective and time-bound resolution of investor grievances.

SEBI follows a two-level review mechanism:

  1. First review by the designated body – Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB)
  2. Second review by SEBI

Step 4: SMART ODR Platform (Optional)

If the investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Market Participant, the investor has the option to file the complaint on the SMART ODR platform for resolution through online conciliation or arbitration.
